Oriental Management, doing research on both latest and historical theories and practices of management both inside and outside China and its operating rules, is one of the modern management schools, which is a new subject integrating the essence of management thoughts from the west and the east.[1] Chinese traditional culture provides a foothold for researching oriental management which, after decades of study, has absorbed a lot of useful experiences and valuable thouthts from western management. The concept of "human orientedness", "human morality" and "human behavior", which is the essence and core value of oriental management, was created by Prof. Su Dongshui, who is the founder of oriental management school, in early 1990s.
