MP Da Last Don is a multi-platinum album by Master P. It debuted at number-one on the Billboard Top 200 charts selling 495,000 copies in the first week. It gained mixed reviews. The CD was marketed as his retirement CD. It was also released about the same time as the straight-to-video short film, MP Da Last Don. The album went 4x platinum . The track entitled Ghetto Love on disc 2 samples Jaco Pastorius's "Portrait of Tracy".
