Vishnu Sree Institute of Technology(VSIT) is a technical college in Jalalpur village, Bommalaramaram, Nalgonda, Andhra Pradesh, India, about 25kms from ECIL, Hyderabad. The college has a campus of about 25 acres. VSIT is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education New Delhi. Vishnu Sree Institute of Technology was founded in 2008 .

The founder and present chairman is Sri CH.Hanumantha Rao[1]. The Director is Mr. P.Satya Narayana; the Principal is Dr. V. Murali Krishna, and the Academic adviser is Dr.Madhu Muthyam[2].

As of 2008 only 240 students were offered Undergraduate seats and 60 MBA seats .As of 2010 360 students are offered undergraduate seats through EAMCET and 60 MBA seats throgh ICET.[3].

Events

Adhyayan 2K10 was conducted in the college, with many other colleges participating. The cultural fest was preceeded by Inter College Sports, where about 30 colleges participated in cricket, volleyball, badminton and indoor games. Technofest was also conducted where many colleges participated in live project model-making and paper presentations[4][5].
