Deborah Orr
Appearance
Deborah Orr is a British journalist and broadcaster. She is married to writer Will Self, and grew up in Motherwell, Scotland.[1][2]
She is currently a columnist for The Guardian and has contributed to many radio and television programmes. She was previously a columnist for The Independent and editor of the Guardian Weekend magazine. She has written opinion pieces about the burqa.[3]
Orr came under fire after saying "fuck" during a discussion about swearing on BBC Breakfast in October 2005.
