Vishnu Sree Institute of Technology (VSIT) is a technical college in Jalalpur village, Bommalaramaram, Nalgonda, Andhra Pradesh, India, 25 km from ECIL, Hyderabad. The college has a campus of 25 acres (100,000 m2). VSIT is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education New Delhi. The institute was founded in 2008.
The founder of this institution was Sri CH. Hanumantha Rao.[1] Vishnu Sree Institute of Technology is now Managed by CAL Public School Management, who have an excellent record of providing quality education to the students for the past 20 years.
The Present Chairman and Director of the Institution is Shri. R.P.Seth who is a post Graduate from Bombay University having 40 years of experience at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre,ECIL and in our own Organization. He had professional training in France, Japan,UK and USA. His works include designing software for Indigenous TDC-312 and 416 systems and heading the design team of super-16 computers. Super-16 is being effectively used for controlling the reactor guiding the Rocket Launches and for mush other sensitive control applications.

As of 2008 300 students were offered undergraduate seats and 60 MBA seats. As of 2010 360 students are offered undergraduate seats through EAMCET and 60 MBA seats through ICET.[2]

Events
Adhyayan 2K10 was conducted in the college, with many other colleges participating. The cultural fest was preceded by Inter College Sports, where about 30 colleges participated in cricket, volleyball, badminton and indoor games.
Technofest was conducted where colleges participated in live project model-making and paper presentations.[3][4]
Library
In the library over 10000 volumes of academic books are available and other books related to GRE,GATE,GMAT and CAT are available.
Auditorium
The Srujana Auditorium was inaugurated in 2010 during the Adhyayan 2k10 and many cultural events such a dance,Singing and many other events have taken place. The hall can accommodate up to 250 members.
