Pål Johan Karlsen (27 June 1975) is a a Norwegian writer and psychologist[1]. Affiliated with the University of Tromsø [2], he has been an editor at the Journal of the Norwegian Psychological Association since 2007. He reports on recent findings in social science, psychology and neuroscience for Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten. He holds a MA in psychology from New York University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He also holds a PhD in psychology from the University of Oslo.
