Ravenhall is a bounded rural locality in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 22 km west from Melbourne's Central Business District, adjoining the Melbourne suburbs. Its Local Government Area is the Shire of Melton. At the 2011 Census, Ravenhall had a population of 911.
Ravenhall is located south of the Western Freeway and the suburb of Caroline Springs. To the east, outside the Shire of Melton boundary is the Melbourne suburb of Deer Park.
The Metropolitan Remand Centre, a maximum security prison, is located in Ravenhall.
