I've finally had my fill of Wikipedia.

You can leave a message but I probably won't see it.

Lee, it's sad to see sensible editors leaving WP... Hope you'll see this message and have the time to answer a couple questions: 1. How does someone become an editor at WP ? 2. Do WP editors get paid by WP, and if yes, how much ?Homeopathic 03:58, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of George Vithoulkas

An editor has nominated George Vithoulkas, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/George Vithoulkas (Second nomination) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. Quotes about Vithoulkas

Please don't take this the wrong way, but you've found a lot of quotes about Vithoulkas: couldn't you use the quotes from the more notable sources? The Andrew Weil one, and, if you speak German, his biography would be good.

Because, well, if it's a quote from Andrew Weil, I think we'll agree that even if you don't agree with him, he's an autority on it, and his opinion of Vithoulkas carries weight. I'm not sure if that's true of all the authors you've used. Adam Cuerden talk 02:27, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. I think the biography makes him unambiguously notable. Why don't you mention it on the AfD page, as that definately clinches your case. Adam Cuerden talk 02:28, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

just for the record...

I thought your comments on the George Vithoulkas issue were very helpful. I hope you will return to Wikipedia. Abridged 04:50, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Two new articles you might want to add to Luc De Schepper and Robin Murphy. Also, would very much appreciate your thoughts here Abridged talk 20:39, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Shazia Khalid

A tag has been placed on Shazia Khalid requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Unreferenced BLPs

Hello LeeHunter! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 5 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
