The Capital Area Activities Conference is a high school sports league located in Southern Michigan. The member schools come from Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Ionia, Jackson, and Shiawassee counties.

The CAAC offers sports for both boys and girls, including boys football, boys and girls basketball, boys baseball, and girls softball, boys and girls soccer, and boys hockey.
