- I don't think so. I'm admittedly not all that familiar with that case, but these names don't quite match SGK's naming patterns. As for the master, I think it's likely that it's NewAccountWikiPatrol.php, who is otherwise known as User:Arturo (that child in California), who is possibly SGK. I'd suggest this report is merged, if anywhere, to NewAccountWikiPatrol.php. -- zzuuzz (talk) 12:02, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
