List of countries by oil production

I noticed that you updated the production of crude oil and lease condensate in the article List of countries by oil production. Unfortunately, you did not offer a source for your data. Also unfortunately, it appears to be wrong. Your number of 13,057,000 for the US is very different from the production of crude oil and lease condensate in 2017 given by the USEIA website (9,335,000 BOPD). I suspect that your erroneous number is instead "crude oil plus other liquids" or something similar, which includes such things as ethanol, biodiesel, natural gas liquids, and refinery gain. This is a table of crude oil and lease condensate. I would ask you to review your source, and cite it in any future changes to the article. In the meantime, I have reverted the table to the 2016 data. Regards. Plazak (talk) 12:31, 17 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
