Yoga teacher?
This article on forgotten yoga teachers reports [1] that "As a leader of Ghadar Party, which sought to foment insurrection in India, he was convicted of subversive activities in 1917 after a large trial in San Francisco. He served a total of two years in prison. After his release, he embarked on a decades-long career as a travelling lecturer and teacher, initially calling himself “Yogi Bhagvan” and offering a combination of physical exercises, diet, and self-help psychology. He called his system “Humanology” or “The Science of Man.” After 50 years abroad and authoring over a dozen books, Bhagwan Singh returned to India in 1958. He passed away there 4 years later."
It lists Bhagwan Singh Gyanee's birthdate as 1884. However other websites list his birthdate as 1882. Psychologist Guy (talk) 15:05, 17 April 2019 (UTC)
Also mentions Gyanee: "Bhagwan Singh Gyanee briefly dubbed himself “Yogi Bhagvan” and taught what he called “Humanology” for decades after his arrest and imprisonment for his involvement with the Ghadar Party as one of its leaders." [2] Psychologist Guy (talk) 15:27, 17 April 2019 (UTC)
