Tamara Korpatsch defeated Elena-Gabriela Ruse in the final, 6–3, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Transylvania Open. It was her first WTA Tour title.[1]

Anna Blinkova was the reigning champion,[2] but chose to compete in Nanchang instead.
