English: A Reserve crew from Sector Upper Mississippi River patrols underneath the new I-35 bridge in Minneapolis, Minn. Sept. 27, 2008, just over one year after the existing bridge collapsed on Aug. 1, 2007 during rush hour traffic, killing 13 and injuring 145 people. The Reserve boat crew shown here consists of PSC Mark Mirsch, Mk1 Eric Gadbois, BM2 Brandon Kuske, BM2 Mike Arney, BM3 Ryan Beecher, BM3 Pat Olmstead and FA Mike Kelleher. Several of these reservists were on the initial crew that responded to the collapse. The new bridge was built in just over one year, and over two months ahead of schedule.
