Description
English: Caddo County, OK, August 20, 2007 -- This nursing home was damaged by high winds from Tropical Storm Erin (2007). Fortunately there were no fatalities. FEMA and the state conducted joint aerial preliminary damage assessments immediately following the severe weather to determine the extent of the damages and the impact on the state.
