Nelson Sarmento Viegas (born 24 December 1999)^[1] is a footballer who currently plays as a defender for Australian club Greenvale United and the Timor-Leste national football team.^[2] Born in Indonesia, he represents the Timor-Leste national team.

In November 2022, Viegas moved to Greenvale United in Australia.^[3]

Viegas scored his first international goal against Cambodia on 21 October 2016.^[4]
