Plot
The trio awake in the middle of the night to a crying baby left on their doorstep. A letter from the despondent mother states that baby Jimmie has been abandoned. The Stooges react by taking the little guy in, feeding him, and trying their best to act fatherly. For example, the meal they prepare for Jimmie includes radishes, celery, spaghetti and artichokes, and limburger cheese. However, Larry reads in the newspaper about a kidnapped baby and become convinced that the baby was left on their doorstep by the kidnappers. The Stooges evacuate their home quickly, with Jimmie in tow.
Notes
- The title of the film is a parody of the lullaby "Rock-a-bye Baby". [1]
