The mutant Qwerty was a powerful precognitive who grew overwhelmed by her powers seeing so many potentialities that it drove her mad. She lay in the tunnels for years, being fed and cleaned but never making decisions for herself. When she saw the [[Decimation (comics)|M-Day]] coming, moment when most of mutants lost their powers, she stood up and wrote many prophecies on the walls of the Morlock's tunnels, dying while writing. Her friend [[Delphi (comics)|Delphi]] found her corpse and copied the prophecies into a book that influenced the Morlocks. Many of them devoted themselves to Qwerty, becoming cultish pacifists led by Delphi, but others, like [[Bliss (Morlocks)|Bliss]], [[Litterbug (comics)|Litterbug]], [[Erg (comics)|Erg]], [[Skids (comics)|Skids]] and [[Masque (comics)|Masque]] interpreted them more violently. |
