This section is sourced with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_Assistance_Plan#cite_note-:4-42 . It does not seem to make sense, as that would mean 34% of Americans would have been African American (52% profit and of those, two-thirds = 34%). But the overall number is between 10 and 12 percent.
