Yeah i recently changed the east leake page as "a few shops" did not suffice, i do not think that is reason to be reported! It was not vandalism, i am a resident and believe that it is better for everyone to have references to new existing shops such as the tatoo parlour which got called vandalism, please desist from future needless reports or I too will be forced to consult administration. Thankyou —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.128.131.195 (talk) 19:04, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

blink blink* Why Ariel, what on earth are you referring to?! I did no such thing. Innocent as always. I mean, ermmm... I didn't take the cookies from the jar, they fell out!! Wait, what were we talking about again? Eliz81(talk)(contribs)22:04, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
Hrmm, I think we were talking about... um... I'm old, leave me alone! Hee hee. Hey are you female, (I guess yes lol) and would you like others to know it? If so I made a cute little thing today, go to my userpage and look at the top right corner to see. If you want it, I can put it on your pages too! Ariel♥Gold22:06, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
Your recent edits
Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot00:46, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Okay, Archives moved. Now, here is what you'll do to keep them organized by month. At the first of each month, edit your talk page, and where it says |counter = 4, raise the number by one. You were on your third month, so now that it is your fourth month, I have changed the counter to 4, and all threads archived from today on, will go into the fourth archive. Once it is October 1, change it to |counter = 5. That tells MiszaBot which archive to go into. Plus, go look at the archives, they're pretty! Also, I gave you an awards page, in case you decide you want to remove them from main userpage, and I gave you a userbox page, in case you want to add more, or you'd like to remove some from the main page (like I have only a couple on main userpage, and the full list on userbox page). Pictures, you can click on the pictures, go to the bottom to the category I got them from, and find ones you like. I just picked ones I thought were aesthetically pleasing. Ariel♥Gold01:39, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
BTW this is looking amazing! I'm so grateful for the time and energy you've put into this. I just have two tiny requests that I would do myself, but I'm afraid of messing up code. Could the awards/userboxes section go under the helpful links (just switching them), and could there be a thing at the top of the talk page for leaving a message, like a text box or some header saying to leave me a message? This is amazing, I especially love the clever formatting with the userboxes and awards. :) Eliz81(talk)(contribs)01:48, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Y Added "click this link" to leave a message bar. If you hate the color, or wanted something fancier, let me know! Ariel♥Gold02:17, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
For the life of me
I couldn't figure something out. When we moved the awards section down, now opening the userboxes field shoves that picture over and squishes the text, so I was going to swap the position of the images on the page, put the Kitty left, the food right, and the book left. But when I did that, the bullets in the "stuff to do" list squished into the picture of the book, and I fiddled and could not for the life of me figure it out. So unless you want to lose the bullets, and make it a numbered list, I guess it will just be squishy lol. Ariel♥Gold02:20, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
What do you think? (I like the first one best, because it separates the name from the numbers, but that's just me) Ariel♥Gold02:48, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Girrrrrl!! What else do you do? I'm about to have you come redecorate my place! :) It's funny, I was thinking of changing my sig in fact. I think keeping my username together is nice, otherwise it's like 'huh, what's that 81 doing out there?' So the second one is great. Is there any way to make the (c) a cat icon? B/c that would just rock (and drive everyone crazy I'm sure). It also looks so nice and friendly and soft. Yay. Eliz81(talk)(contribs)02:54, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
No, can't have images in signatures, they have to be characters. But there are a lot of characters, like my heart, or these: ♣ ♠ ♦ ¤ ɸ Ø ☺ Θ ↔ ₪ etc. Ariel♥Gold03:00, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
There should be a full list right below your edit box, you click on it and it adds it to the text field. P.S., if you haven't done it already, you might want to go into prefs, click "edit" and require it to prompt you when you don't enter an edit summary. Down the road, having 100% edit summaries may come in handy. Ariel♥Gold03:03, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Do you want a different, fancier font? (Need to be careful not to get illegible or irritating with sigs tho lol) Ariel♥Gold03:04, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Yeah I'm not a big fan of that font, except under specific design situations, like I have that as the banner for a page about Rainforests that I did. But I am not a fan of it in normal type. Up to you though~ Who cares what I think? lol Ariel♥Gold04:44, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
I'm off to bed! Thanks for helping Mike, he's a programmer guy and knows WAY more than I do about almost everything, except maybe some of the "Wiki-quirks" (as I like to call them, lol). Night night dear Eliz! Ariel♥Gold06:44, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
RE: 72.140.22.189
Hey, Thanks. Umm not really, I had a suspicion it was related to the other vandal ([2]) however just noticed the IP's are far different. So a little bit of carelessness on my part. - Mike Beckham08:02, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Nah, wasn't you, something to do with my fingers ;) I sometimes get so irritated when I see un-substituted {{unsigned}} templates, but recently I've found it to be easier to channel all this frustration into collaborative writing. Take care, Sebi[talk]06:57, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

No problem:) I am just doing my job. All wikipedians should do something to make wikipedia a more friendly place to edit. If everybody would do something to make wikipedia a more friendly place, I believe less people would leave wikipedia because of stress. My guess is I'm about half your age. I remember the berlin wall but wasn't old enough to appreciate halley's comet when it went by. This is fun! :) ~Eliz81(C)07:41, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
Indeed! I wonder how old people think I am from my edits? I'm not sure how old would be the best age to seem to be hehe ~Eliz81(C)08:22, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
The "best age" is that at which one can recognize their mistakes, apologize and correct them, ask for help when needed, and yet still be bold when making decisions. (And no you don't have any wrinkles, don't make me slap you, you are way young, lol) Ariel♥Gold08:25, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
Well between the very recent examples of you and AD, I guess it's safe to say that can happen at almost any age! And you're right, ms edit summary reader, I shouldn't go on about wrinkles. I was going to ask wrinkles or something indicating youth, but all I could think of was lollipops, which can be enjoyed at any age! :) ~Eliz81(C)08:30, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
UAA is not RFCN
Thank you for making a report at Wikipedia:Usernames for administrator attention. Unfortunately your report has been removed due to the username not violating policy, or not being blatant enough for a block. Please remember you should only post blatant infringements on this page. Others should be discussed with the user in question first, using the {{UsernameConcern}} template. A request for comment can be filed if the user disagrees that their name is against the username policy, or has continued to edit after you have expressed your concern. Thank you. rspeer / ɹəədsɹ 07:40, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
I cannot see the report this is referring too. Your reports to UAA seem to be valid going back several days. Do you know which report this is referring to? ((1 == 2) ? (('Stop') : ('Go')) 13:34, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
I have to say out of the whole discussion which was very much on point, this incident was perhaps the ickiest of it all. I told Rspeer I didn't think I should've been templated, but he was concerned (and I believe in good faith) that this report was an attempt to circumvent the WT:UAA discussion in the hopes of a 'sympathetic admin' blocking the user. ~Eliz81(C)22:17, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
Oh, don't let me be misunderstood, rspeer had every right to disagree with you, but starting the dialog with a template that basically says "you are wrong" is no was to go. ((1 == 2) ? (('Stop') : ('Go')) 22:22, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
Took me a while to get to it, but it looks like Bongwarrior agrees with me, down to the rationale. Keep 'em comin'! It'll be a good confidence re-builder :) ~Eliz81(C)08:49, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
Other name is still up there, and I'm getting too tired to stay around to see what happens, lol. Night night Eliz, I'll talk to you tomorrow! Ariel♥Gold09:39, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
I owe the knowledge of it entirely to admin Ryan P. Link. Hides your IP, instead says wikipedia/Eliz81 or something. just a small privacy measure. btw are you in the chat with jimbo, it's going on as we speak! ~Eliz81(C)01:32, 10 September 2007 (UTC)

Removing the advertisement tag from Boston by Foot
Dearest Eliz81:
i have done a little work and others have done quite some work cleaning up the Boston by Foot entry, which you tagged as an advertisement. I was hoping you would look at it now and pull the tag, if you think it is ready for prime time. Thanks Paxuscalta21:12, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
French copyvio
Yes, I think it's a copyright violation and should be tagged as such (I still remember a little bit of high school French), or the copyvio should be edited out. Thanks, NawlinWiki22:14, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
... for watching out for me :) I really appreciate it. Now, speaking of which - I think we have some work to do, girl! What kind of admin areas would you like to start focussing on first? - Alison❤19:51, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
Sweet dear Eliz, for the last couple of days, and after juggling with my messages, requests, and admins duties (real life nothwistanding! ;) I've long struggled with the best way to visit you at long last, and offer you, in the form of plain words, the sum of all the many things I wish to say to you. Perhaps I should say that I'm delighted to see great people like you join our project, aiming to stay for a long, long time, for I know you're just the kind of editors that we need, enthusiastic and bright. Or maybe I should choose to tell you how deeply moved I am by your kindness and friendly approach to others. Perhaps I should also mention how delighted by your fast learning of policy you've shown, taking Allie's hand, coupled with humbleness and patience. Expressing you my gratitude for your kindness at my talk page might also be a must. But, in the end, I think that my awe at all these many wonderful virtues you've demonstrated cannot be put in mere words. For these reasons, I'll just leave you with a small gift that, sweet as it is, cannot match all the beauty you've shown us in your time here.
I thank thee, friend, for the beautiful thought
That in words well chosen thou gavest to me,
Deep in the life of my soul it has wrought
With its own rare essence to ever imbue me,
To gleam like a star over devious ways,
To bloom like a flower on the drearest days
Better such gift from thee to me
Than gold of the hills or pearls of the sea.
For the luster of jewels and gold may depart,
And they have in them no life of the giver,
But this gracious gift from thy heart to my heart
Shall witness to me of thy love forever;
Yea, it shall always abide with me
As a part of my immortality;
For a beautiful thought is a thing divine,
So I thank thee, oh, friend, for this gift of thine!
Hee hee hee. I do believe that is my first "admirer". lol. Why aren't you on that list yet, you're the one rooting them all out, rofl. I'm off to take a nap, I'll be back later tonight. ~*Hugs*~ Ariel♥Gold21:13, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, maybe they aren't paying attention to RFCU/IP threads? I haven't been reporting many at UAA if they're looking at that. Enjoy your nap see you later tonight! *hugs back* ~Eliz81(C)21:14, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
You have to remember the previous edits were also not in reconition of being "good." I decided to make a dot in order to delete the edit and out of frustration I did not right anything.
Friendship Can Happen In The Most Unlikely Place Two Souls Become One

My dear Eliz, the wonderful words of kindness you've just woven over my talk page are the kind that leaves a sweet smile on anybody's face for a long time, while a tingle of joy makes the heart jump. While I certainly don't think I'm deserving of such consideration, mostly because these days I find myself focusing on my baby daughter and my life much more intensely than on our dear project, I won't ley my silliness spoil the gratitude I feel for you, and all I'll do is offer you the best way I know to say, "thank you, friend!": my promise that, as long as my heart beat, I'll try my best to gift you a smile when you need one, a virtual hug when the stress gets high, and my modest help when the path is tough. You truly are one of a kind, joining knowledge and talent with unfailing kidness; and as I look to you in awe, I hope with all of me you'll continue with the fantastic work and all the goodness that you bring to us everyday. Have a wonderful day, my dear Eliz! :) Love, Phaedriel - 09:51, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Hello, you had made a reqest on WP:BOTREQ for something to replace the AfD functionality that User:DFBot used to supply. Seems no one replied to your request there. I had experimented in the past with a potential replacement - it turned out to be a little more difficult than I expected and largely shelved the prospect. I would be willing to reopen the attempt and see if I can work out the bugs, and if I can find someplace to host the bot (so it can automatically run rather than only run on demand) I'll see what I can do. ɑʀкʏɑɴ21:21, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for getting back to me, Arkyan! (I'm leaving my reply here, per the request on your talk page about keeping conversations together.) I would most support the reopening of the replacement project, if there's any way I can help despite complete ignorance about how bots really work, just let me know. ~Eliz81(C)23:07, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
Here is a test run I did of a slightly cleaned up version of the report. It's not 100% faithful to the DFBot version but it's close. It does have a few bugs to work out too. What do you think? ɑʀкʏɑɴ21:16, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
Baptism Sources- Sources vs. Opinions
Excuse me Eliz81, did I not leave several scriptural citations? Sure, I could've quoted some European's opinion, but that would not be Biblically accurate. The Bible is a credible source and I would like you to know that I am in no way upset. I would just like to ask you to accept Biblical sources on a Biblical subject. If you do not agree with the Bible, you still have every legal right to delete the content, just don't mention lack of sources. Please respond in clarification of your actions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.229.57.17 (talk • contribs) 00:10, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
I will crosspost this to your talk page as well. If you notice the summary of your edits here, you included a segment that is in all capital letters, which is a strong indicator that an edit is non-encyclopedic. Also, you had previously been reverted as personal opinion by User:Lima, which smacked to me of an emerging edit war since you were reverting back to your claims (please see the three revert rule for more information). Please read the policies about verifiable and reliable sources, and no original research. While the Bible itself is a source that can be quoted directly, its content is still subject to many interpretations that would constitute opinion and/or original research. Any claims interpreting the content of the Bible need to be backed up by verifiable third party sources. I know you made these edits in good faith to improve the article, they just don't conform to Wikipedia policy. In the future, if you find that your well-intentioned edits are getting reverted, instead of re-sticking them into the article, start a discussion on the article's talk page. This is the place to resolve disputes about the content of an article: it's a matter of consensus what is appropriate for inclusion. If you have any more questions about this, feel free to contact me again (or to start a discussion on the article's talk page). And thanks for volunteering your efforts here, we appreciate your contributions! Hereis another great place to get started. All the best, ~Eliz81(C)00:22, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
afd comment
It's not what was meant although on reading it cold it could come out that way. Sorry for any upset and your welcome for any amusement caused. :-) I have reworded it. Generally, I have difficulty with passing mention and short coverage being used to justify keeping articles where WP:N requires significant coverage. Nearly always, those short coverages can be found for nice good groups (every sewing circle, boy scout troop, restaurant, or french club can probably be sourced to that extent) - it's part of WP's systemic bias toward things we're familiar with - like good things, and things in English language speaking countries - would a fraternity chapter that drank a lot and watched adult films be kept? would a bible study group in Mexico City be kept? See what I mean. Carlossuarez4603:47, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
Yes, no email enabled. Why? 1. too much spam and hate mail; 2. if anyone really wanted to find me they could I've put far too much info on me at WP, but AFAIK I don't have stalkers (perhaps if I did, I'd be notable at WP); 3. I don't check it that often I don't get my emails at my cell phone and all my friends have my cell phone # to text me; 4. If I do something real boneheaded someone will be sure and leave it on my talk page so the world can see it - like a scarlett letter. Carlossuarez4604:13, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Dearest Eliz81,
Thank you for your participation in my RFA, which closed successfully with 96 supports, 1 oppose, and 3 neutrals. No matter if you !voted support, oppose, neutral, I thank you for taking the time to drop by. I'm a new admin remember, so if you have any suggestions feel free to inform me of them. I would like to give a special shout out to Hirohisat, Wizardman, and Husond, for there original co-nominations. Thank you once again and good day.
You are truly one of the good ones. Thank you for the "welcome home." I've been pretty good about avoiding new pages patrol, but this yo-yo just isn't getting a clue and I don't have administrative rights anymore by my own choice or I'd put the kibosh on this myself. Bless you! --PMDrive106100:43, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
LOL! Oh, you bet I will. There are a lot of new users like yourself I hadn't met and a lot of the old familiar names as well. One more thing: Anyone who finds my schtick funny is OK in my book. :) --PMDrive106100:54, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
You know, I really should. In fact, I never got into the goofy and fun little details that deeply when I was here the first time around. I love it! It'll certainly make things more fun and it'll help me stay focused on the promise I made myself to clean up content instead of cleaning the playpen. Gotta run, but thanks for the Clint! He owns a restaurant near my home and believe me, you haven't had seafood linguini until you've had Clint's seafood linguini. Oh da yum! --PMDrive106101:13, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

I have to tell you...you are a delight and a true asset to this overburdened and contentious website. Frankly, I think our friend Yo-YO has been forcibly shown the exit, but we need not worry.
