Weak delete. I found [1] and an article in Zee News's DNA India about his book titled "Congress, BJP leaders share stage for book launch" on ProQuest (ID no. 1861300978), but I don't think that's quite enough for GNG. AleatoryPonderings (talk) 22:55, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
