Executive Order 1679
Appearance
Mr. John J. Donahue, who has occupied an excepted position of special examiner in the Bureau of Pensions since January 19, 1907, may be transferred to an appropriate competitive position in the same bureau. The Secretary of the Interior recommends this action because Mr. Donahue has performed the duties required of him in a very efficient manner and is considered one of the best men in the field service in the handling of intricate and difficult cases.
