Executive Order 1808
Appearance
Schedule A, Subdivision III, paragraph 14, of the civil-service rules, making exceptions from the requirement of examination in the Treasury Department, is amended to read as follows:
- Informers and posse men, and special employees employed temporarily for detective work in the Internal Revenue Service, under the appropriation for detecting and bringing to trial and punishment persons violating the internal-revenue laws.
