From Malay tauhu, from Lua error in Module:parameters at line 376: Parameter 2 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value "nan-hok" is not valid. See WT:LOL, WT:LOL/E and WT:LOF. 豆腐 (tāu-hū, “tofu, bean curd”), from Middle Chinese 豆 (dùw, “bean”) + 腐 (bjú, “rotten, fermented”). Doublet of tofu from Japanese 豆腐 (とうふ, tōfu, “tofu, bean curd”). Compare Tagalog taho.
