Welcome!

[edit]

Welcome to Wiktionary, Joseon814!

It's very exciting to see you are adding Goguryeo. At one time, I wanted to study the Altaic languages and Korean and learn about the connections (if any). I did not do that, but it still is exciting.

If you have any questions, you are welcome to ask them here or on my page. We also have forums that you can ask questions on (click "community portal" at left).

We ask that users put a "Babel box" on their user page. An example is:

{{Babel|ko|en-4}}

The "ko" means "native speaker of Korean" and the "en-4" means "near native speaker of English." You can learn more about Babel boxes at WT:Babel.

Also, may I ask you where you get your Goguryeo data from? I have no idea where such information exists.

Once again, welcome to the English Wiktionary! --BB12 (talk) 03:10, 6 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Goguryeo

[edit]

Above, BenjaminBarrett12 asked you where you get your Goguryeo data from. Please answer that question.

Thanks,

For the moment, please stop adding Goguryeo entries; it's not clear whether they're allowed here. (See Wiktionary:Criteria for inclusion#Attestation.) —RuakhTALK 18:32, 25 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Part of speech categories.

[edit]

Hey there. When you use {{head|zkg|noun}}, {{head|zkg|adjective}}, etc. you don’t need to manually add Category:Goguryeo nouns, Category:Goguryeo adjectives, etc.. The {{head}} template adds it automatically :-) — Ungoliant (Falai) 22:10, 18 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Goguryeo

[edit]

My source is Koguryeo Language of Japan's Continental Relatives.

Hi, again. As I told you by e-mail, there is a discussion in the Beer Parlor about this data. You can find it at Wiktionary:Beer_parlour#On_Goguryeo_in_an_appendix. I hope you will participate. If not, my suggestion will be to delete all of your Gogureyo data. That would be a shame. --BB12 (talk) 21:53, 28 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
Is there a way for me to keep adding data?
Right now, it isn't clear. I urge you to participate in the conversation at the Beer Parlor. Wiktionary requires group agreement, and so group agreement is required for this issue. --BB12 (talk) 00:31, 29 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
I hope you will participate in the conversations on the Beer Parlor about this matter. --BB12 (talk) 19:16, 1 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Deletion proposal

[edit]

I have proposed that all Goguryeo words be deleted from Wiktionary because they have not been added according to the requirements. I hope that later we can add Goguryeo words with the proper documentation.

I hope you will participate in the conversation at Wiktionary:Requests_for_deletion#All_Goguryeo_words_in_the_main_namespace. --BB12 (talk) 21:24, 3 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
