sga-noun ?

Usage

This template creates a headword line for Old Irish nouns.

{{sga-noun|1|2|3|g2=|g3=|gen2=|gen3=|pl2=|pl3=|head=}}
1 is the gender. It may be set to any standard gender abbreviation (m, f, n, etc.) but also to u if the gender is unknown (as is often the case with Old Irish nouns). Up to two additional genders may be set with g2= and g3=.
2 is the genitive singular. If the genitive singular is unattested (and not easily deducible from forms that are attested), set this parameter to ?. If the genitive singular is identical to the lemma form, set this parameter simply to ~. If it is formed by adding letters to the end of the lemma form, the following shortcuts may be used:
~a
~ad
~ae
~an
~e
~ed
~en
~o
~on
~t
Otherwise specify the entire form. Up to two additional genitive forms may be set with gen2= and gen3=; the above shortcuts can also be used with those parameters.
3 is the nominative plural. If the word does not occur in the plural, set this parameter to -. If the nominative plural is identical to the lemma form, set this parameter simply to ~. If it is formed by adding letters to the end of the lemma form, the following shortcuts may be used:
~a
~ae
~ai
~aid
~ain
~e
~i
~id
Otherwise specify the entire form. Up to two additional nominative plural forms may be set with pl2= and pl3=; the above shortcuts can also be used with those parameters.
head is the form to be displayed in the headword line; use this if the display form is different from the page name (for example, because it contains one of the letters or , which are not used in page names for Old Irish words).
