COMISIONES FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES SUBCOMISIONES

Planificar, organizar, dirigir, supervisar, controlar y

tomar decisiones para el cumplimiento de las tareas

de cada una de las comisiones de trabajo, que

garanticen el óptimo desarrollo del programa del "I
Congreso Internacional de Mujeres"

1)Recopilar la información necesaria para la emisión

de informes y estadísticas, tanto al CNP como a las
comisiones y subcomisioes que lo requieran.
2) Supervisar y orientar cada una de la
subcomisiones que conforman la Comisión de
Organización y Logística, transmitir las orientaciones
emanadas de dicha Comisión y del CNP.
3) Canalizar la resolución de conyunturas que
SALA SITUACIONAL pudieren presentarse durante el desarrollo del
Congreso.
4) Supervisar y orientar las tareas del voluntariado.
5) Sistematizar y organizar los itinerarios de vuelo de
las delegadas e invitados (as) internacionales.
5) Fungir como enlace directo con los cuerpos de
seguridad y salud del Estado, que prestarán servicio
durante el desarrollo del "I Congreso Internacional
de Mujeres"

Fortalecer las relaciones políticas entre todos los ACOMPAÑAMIENTO

Acompañar permanentemente a las delegadas,

invitados e invitadas que lo requieran, con el objetivo
primordial de dar a conocer los logros, proyectos y
demás aspectos positivos de la Revolución Bolivariana,
haciendo especial énfasis en la incluisón y protección
de la mujer; así como las agresiones imperiales y sus
implicaciones negativas en todos las generalidades.
Mantener permanentemente, intercambio de
experiencias en todo lo relacionado con el ambito
mujer e ingualda de género

Coordinadar agendas y asistir las que les sean

asignadas

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

Garantizar la existencia y suministro de todos los

insumos necesarios para la ejecución del Congreso.
Coordinar y garantizar la cobertura de los
requerimientos de movilización y traslados.
Preparar y supervisar los salones, espacios de trabajo
y áreas comunes a utilizar en recorridos cotidianos,
verificar y garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de los
servicios básicos, señalética, decoración y
cumplimento de imagen del Congreso.
Recibir y verificar los datos para la acreditación de
todas las persona que participarán en el Congreso.
Recibir, tabular, organizar, custodiar, almacenar y
distribuir los requerimientos logísticos, en cuanto al
material informativo, POP, de oficina, uniformes,
equipos, entre otros.
Llevar control de entrega y recibir aquellas
herramientas que deban ser devueltas al culminar el
Congreso, a fin de entregarlo a las instituciones
correspondientes.
Custodiar tanto a las delegaciones participantes como
los espacios dispuestos para la organización,
almacenamiento de los insumos y espacios en los
cuales se desarrolla la programación.
Recibir, orientar, ubicar y atender a las delegaciones
del Comgreso, durante las actividades del programa.
Suministrar información, en punto único ubicado en
cada lugar de hospedaje (Trasporte, programas de
actividades, etc).

Garantizar el óptimo funcionamientos de los equipos

tecnológicos (impresoras, internet, computadoras, etc).

Trabajar mancomunadamente con los encargados de

la elaboración y resguardo de alimentos, a fin de
garantizar la óptima fluidez en la distribución tanto de
alimentación, como hidratación y refrigerios, en los
lugares establecidos, a la hora pautada.

Verificar datos, controlar, sistematizar y asignar
hospedaje correspondiente a todas y todos los
participantes del Congreso,(delegadas, voluntariado,
CNP, invitados especiales, etc).
Atender en puntos de información
Garantizar el montaje (tarimas, grupos musicales,
stand, sonido, proyecciones, entre otos) en todos los
espacios utilizados durante el Congreso, tanto en las
actividad formales como las complementarias
Garantizar el óptimo funcionamientos de los equipos
tecnológicos (proyectores, sonido, etc).
Atender y canalizar la participación de los medios de
comunicación nacionales
Atender y canalizar la participación de los medios de
comunicación internacionales.
Hacer registros fotográficos y audiovisuales de los
diversos momentos del Congreso.
Diseñar la imagen del Congreso.
Elaborar micros y demás herramientas para la
promoción del Congreso, así como sus logros

Equipo responsable de elaborar y ejecutar
programación de actividades culturales y recreativas

Eventos

Acompañar permanentemente a las delegadas,

invitadas e invitados internacionales que requieran
traducción.
Trabajará de la mano con la Subcomisión de
Acompañamiento Político
Realizar traducción simultánea en los espacios
establecidos y traducir documentos a los idiomas
oficiales que establezca el CNP.
