Continous running of compressor without defrost for a pull down duration or till it
reaches specified temperature. Pull down duration and pull down temperature are
Pull down
configurable and will exit from pull down when any of this parmeter is satisfied.Pull
down initiate based on the cabinet temperature or via frontal push button
The evaporator temperature will be stored at the first compressor stop after a defrost,
no matter if the control is in Serving, ECO, Pull down or Holiday mode.
The stored temperature is compensated if the setpoint changes because of the mode
shift (ECO, Serving, Pull-down) or manually.
Adaptive defrost The defrost starts after minimum defrost interval, if the evaporator temperature has
decreased more than a preset offset relative to that stored temperature, otherwise
start the defrost at maximum defrost interval In case of power loss, the stored
evaporator temperature will be restored after power up.
ECO mode where the different components like lights, fan and temperature are
Eco mode managed to get lower energy consumption
Holiday mode for the highest possible energy saving during long periods with no sales.
NTO O
ME LAD
EWU is disabled during the Holiday mode
C U O Holiday mode uses the same settings for the fan and differential as the ECO mode
DO ONTR In Holiday mode the set point is:
C
NO
Serving Set point + Holiday Temperature Offset in cooling mode
Serving Set point – Holiday Temperature Offset in heating mode
In Holiday mode the cabinet light is off
Holiday Mode is activated if:
Holiday mode Holiday button is pressed
No door openings for a preset time
No PIR activities for a preset time
Holiday Mode is deactivated if:
any button is pressed
door is opened once
In case of power loss during Holiday mode, the ERC will start in Holiday mode again
after power up
In case of cabinet sensor error, controller will run the compressor based on the
Sensor error handling avaerage ON/OFF cycles recoreded for last 50 cycles. In case if it has not recoreded 50
cycles then run with 5 mins on and 5 mins off cycle.
When the condenser outlet temperature level goes above the alarm and Block limit
controller must give alarm and stop the compressor at respective set values
Low limit.
Compressor protection against COndenser Alarm limit- Provide alarm, if condenser temperature goes above this limit
high condenser temperature COndenser Block Limit: If this temperature is exceeded, compressor must be stopped.
COndenser OK limit: Compressor is allowed to start again if the condenser temp. is
lower than this temp.
COndenser low temp Limit: Compressor is not allowed to start if the condenser temp. is
lower than
Fan can be this temp. in three different ways:
controlled
1) Always On (See ref1 for reference, same as V1 ERC)
2) Manual: with a fixed duty cycle during compressor off period (See ref1 for reference,
Fan control same as V1 ERC)
3) Automatic: Fan activity controlled by Tair during compressor off period

If the compressor runs continuously for a preset period, an alarm will be reported
1) The time which the compressor spends on cooling must be counted. (Leakage
counter)
2) If the leakage counter is longer than a preset period, an alarm will be reported.
3) If the door is open or the compressor is stopped due to condenser protection,
voltage protection or defrost, the leakage counter will stop but not reset
4) The leakage counter will not count the time when the compressor keeps running due
to hot gas defrost.
5) The leakage counter is reset if:
Leakage alarm
a. the compressor cut out temperature is met
b. power loss
c. power off function activated
d. Stop angle on remote spindle
6) The leakage alarm is always auto cleared.
7) When the leakage alarm is reported, “LEA” will blink on display. (Same speed as
“dor” alarm)
This function will inform the customers if the line voltage is too high or too low
1) The voltage alarm function can be disabled by preset parameter.
2) If line voltage is higher than the preset “maximum voltage”, the high voltage alarm
must be reported.
3) If line voltage is lower than the preset “minimum cut-in voltage”, the low voltage
Voltage alarm and protection alarm must be reported.
4) When alarm occurs, “uLo” or “uHi” should blink on display with the same frequency
as for instance the door alarm.
5) The voltage alarm will be cleared when the voltage recovers.
COntroller must stop the compressor , if voltage goes above the blocked limit
