Jerry Lee Howard was born December 21st, 1960 in Kennett Missouri and passed away peacefully at 3pm Tuesday March 9th 2021 in Ann Arbor, MI. Jerry lived his adult life in Saint Joseph, MI near the banks of the St. Joe River he so loved. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 40 years, Belinda(Jones), his children Jessica Howard and Cody Howard, his Sisters Tammy (Steve) Juroff and Patricia (Al) Fredenburg, his beloved …
