Tell Me Lies is a salacious teen drama filled with toxic relationships, death and drama.
Based on the best-selling book by Carola Lovering, the series, which currently only has two seasons, has people obsessed.
Showrunner Meaghan Oppenheimer confirmed that the new episodes will see leads Grace Van Patten and Jackson White in even more daring scenes.
Touching on the success of the first instalment, Meaghan told Glamour that the security allowed her to go 'darker and weirder and deeper with all of the emotional storylines.'
Speaking about her choice to create such toxic dynamics, the creator said: 'I think we shame ourselves a lot about the things that we allow to happen in toxic relationships and it’s very embarrassing, I hope that people go a little bit easier on themselves.'
What happens in season two of Tell Me Lies?
The general info we are given in the plot synopsis reads: 'Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco quickly fall into an addictive entanglement that will permanently alter their lives and the lives of everyone around them; a tumultuous and intoxicating relationship unfolds over eight years.'
The second season of the show is set to follow the on-again, off-again couple as they return to university after a dramatic pre-summer break up. The series will also see Lucy and Stephen's friends continue to navigate their own complicated journeys.
