Bulk Bag Unloading Station.

Bags are suspended from the frame and discharged into a 300mm outlet on a horizontal screw auger, from the auger the product is fed into a 3inch St/Steel floveyor. The floveyor then takes the powder up to a max distance of 12m (floveyor could be shortened to suit and can be run at any angle).

There are pneumatic arms on the bulk bag frame to help powder flow into the auger.

Complete with controllers platform and electrical cabinet.

Flowveyor is driven by 2.2kw 415V geared motor. Estimated flow rate is 15,000kgs/hr.
