Triumph! Treasure trove found in Burggasse. This “Old Bakery” has some very pretty lettering on it. All precious gold. Super pretty. A feast to your eyes. Wow! (I’m still taken away by this pretty shop front as you can see!)

Books, books, books in a nice ambiance. Why not?
Feinkost - one of the most beautiful words in the German language. Translated to English it means more or less: Fine Foods or rather “Delicatessen”.
On my second “Fantastic-Shoppe-Fronts”-trip to Vienna I made a lucky discovery: Burggasse! A treasure trove full of beautiful & special shop fronts. This is the first of many to come!
This shop front fits especially well into my little collection as it says “Briefmarken” meaning “stamps” in English. So it somehow round up around my motto. Well - I’m sorry it was closed when I got there!
Actually we Austrians call them “Zuckerl”, but apart from that this Vienna shop front is just amazing & adorable.
What I noticed in Vienna - especially when leaving the very heart of the city (1. Bezirk) - is the huge amount of cars in front of nearly every house. Come on, Austrians: we have plenty of public transport, why do you need all these cars?
Well - this is a pharmacy with a rather religious decoration. I liked it though.
Vienna has a pretty bouquet of fantastic shoppe fronts. This one is an antiques store right in the heart of the city. At first I really hated the fact that the store is mirroring the building vis-a-vis. Right now I quite like this fact. So you can get a glimpse of Vienna’s beauty captured IN a shop front!
Well, well, well. Time has passed and to be honest: My London findings are over. So I decided to go to Vienna and collect some more shop fronts. Have you been there? The Habsburg/Sisi/Kipferl-mainquarter of Europe has its advantages. Some of them will hence be shown here. So: Enjoy!
Today is a great day. It is the day, when I present the last - and according to me - most beautiful shop front, I found in the city of London. A chapter is closed. Will it be opened again? Yes - Just wait for October! There will be a new city, a new life a new world. Hell - yeah!
Titanias Garden. Wasn’t she one of Shakespeares most splendid characters? As you can see, my visit to London was in spring. Daffodils all over the place.
Stationers. These are shops I love. Since I was a little child, it was always special to me to enter places, where paper, pencils, fountain pens and books ruled the world. This one I encountered in London. Pretty thing!
Just take the tube to Ealing and you will find some beautiful shop fronts too. Right on the way to Ealing Studios I discovered this little treasure with some nice lettering on it as icing.
Do it the Chinese way. Bright red and full with symbols that long noses like us cannot read. Well folks - one of the best things about London is its multicultural background. I love it!
Let’s do a trip to a place where almost everyone is wearing a suit for work. These people have to buy their every-day-outfit somewhere. Maybe here at this chique store named “Ede & Ravenscroft”?
