Q. What is this blog?
A. Welcome! This is an ambitious blog created by one Lalafel with the hope of cataloguing the appearance of every piece of furniture in FFXIV!
Q. How do I find ______ furniture?
A. All furniture are tagged by their names, their types, and what kind of furnishing they are. If you want a specific one, then just go to the search box and type the exact name of what you want. Otherwise, check the link section for the category you want.
Q. Why did you make this?
A. Before this, there was no easy site to look at what each piece of furniture looked like. We hope to remedy this, with a little help from fellow adventurers!

Q. Just how do I take one of those fancy screenshots?
A. It's simple! Hide your UI with the scroll lock key (if you don't have that key, check the keybindings menu), shift into first person mode with the home key, and hit prntscreen! This screenshot will be saved your documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn > Screenshots!
Q. Do you take requests?
A. Absolutely! Send us an ask of what you would like to see, and we'll do what we can to get you what you want to see!
Yeah, either I make them or I collect the mats and have some Ultra-Crafter friends make them for me. Or sometimes I cave and buy them off the MB.
THE REASON for this is several-fold. First, I like to have the pieces as isolated as possible; sometimes, certain pieces will have bowls or jars built into the furniture, and it can be hard to tell what’s part of the cupboard or what’s just tabletop items, if there are multiple furnishings in a shot. Second, when it’s my furniture, I get to place it however I want. Sometimes certain pieces are shown off better when they’re angled, like the Manor Cello or the South Seas Couch, or they’re straight ahead. If it’s not mine, I can’t manipulate it the way I want, which makes it kind of a gamble when I go look for it.
Then, sometimes the lighting is just weird in other people’s rooms and it makes furniture look different than someone might end up with. If someone has like blue carpet and the diamond chandelier, it makes the room verrrry different. And finally, if I see a piece I haven’t taken a picture of but I can’t get the name (because it’s not my house), it’s not useful to me. Sometimes it’ll be obvious, like the Morbol set or something, but I can’t tell the difference between, you know, an Oasis Cupboard and a Glade Cupboard.
But, for the really hard to get stuff I’m sure I’ll go around getting shots from other people. Someone in my FC has the Emperor’s Throne, for example. And I know a few houses in my neighborhood that have that Leviathan fountain, so It’s definitely something I’ll end up doing eventually.

I just want to make it clear that the Manor Couch can be dyed, but there’s no preview option for it, for some reason. As a future note, if I see that a piece of furniture can be dyed, I’ll tag it as #Dye, and the screenshot will be the default color. If there’s any color you want to check out specifically, feel free to request it and I’ll dye it for you! The only limitation is metallic dyes, or any other dyes that require real money. But I think it’s just the metallic ones.
