- 24 oz Baby Potatoes (Gold, Red or Yellow)
- 1.5 tbsp Olive or Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme or Fresh Rosemary ((*Note 1))
- 1 tsp Powdered Garlic ((*Note 2))
- Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 400 Degrees F.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket. Space out as much as possible.
- Bake for 10 minutes, tossing half way through to ensure even cooking.
- Check for doneness. Add an extra 2 minutes, for a softer potato.
