I took my first trip to Coningsby today after finding out the newly marked typhoons were making their debut and the Lancaster was due to put in a practice display. I watched the Lancaster fire up and noticed a lot of fluid leaking from the furthest left engine (as you look at the plane from the front) the pilot came over to say it was a radiator leak and that they hoped to get it fixed within the hour. They did just that and the Lancaster was up for an hour and put in a great performance, good luck to the BBMF team for Wednesday.
