«One individual, typically the Board Chair, should ensure [...]»: I suppose this is meant to be "the chair of the committee" for committees which include non-Trustees? --Nemo 16:33, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
- I think that is a mistake, and should simply be "Chair" (even for Board committees, not all of which include the Board Chair). Sj (talk) 17:40, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
