Beef Minute Steak

The minute steak is a quick meal for steak sandwiches, or cut into strips for a quick beef salad. As the name suggests, cook for 1 minute each side. Be sure to get pan hot, and only cook 1-2 per time.
Slow-grown, regeneratively grazed, grass-fed and finished beef from our farm on the Central Coast and our regenerative partnering farm Furracabad Station in Glen Innes.
