I made stuffed veal breast today. This is the stuffing made from bread, sausage meat, sliced ham, onion, garlic and parsley.
Got the butcher to cut the veal breast open, so I could stuff it.
Sewn shut with kitchen yarn.
Browned in the oven at 250°c for 20 minutes.
Roasted for another hour at 180°c.
Cut into slices.
Served with roast potatoes and cauliflower. I spent 2 1/2 hours in the kitchen, totally worth the effort!
