Health Insurance Providers Certification | Terms and Conditions
Updated April 2022
G2 will provide its G2 certification to describe conformance with criteria mutually agreed upon by the advertising platform and G2, at a point in time during an initial G2 analyst review. G2 certification is not, nor may be described by either party as a guarantee of full and continuous compliance with laws and regulations, or any certification or accreditation standards, including the G2 certification standards. G2 is not a regulatory authority or government agency. Eligibility for G2 certification will be determined at G2’s sole discretion and may be revised or revoked at any time to reflect updates to G2’s compliance and certification standards. You acknowledge and agree that G2 certification does not confer any right or obligation to advertise with a particular advertising platform.
IN NO EVENT WILL G2 HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL LOSSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE OR OF DATA, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF YOUR COMPUTERS, COMPUTER SYSTEMS, DATA FILES, PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, OR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY AND WHETHER OR NOT G2 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE TERMS IN THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION REPRESENT A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK.
You agree to indemnify G2 from and against any loss, damage, liability or expense (including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to: (a) a third-party claim that G2 breached its obligations, warranties, or representations with respect to G2 certification; or (b) a claim of negligence, omission, or misconduct of G2, its personnel, its agents, its subcontractors, or the personnel of its agents or subcontractors, with respect to G2 certification.
You represent and warrant that the information provided in your G2 Health Insurance Providers Certification Application (“Application”) is true, accurate, and complete. You also agree to immediately advise G2 of any changes to the information you provided. G2 does not guarantee the accuracy or sufficiency of G2 certifications based on false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete Application information. G2 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
