All those meats!! And that garlic butter. I have to try these!
Yes indeed! Enjoy Christin. Let us know if you do. 🙂
I made these tonight for my wife’s birthday party! I don’t think you can make enough.
Absolutely wonderful. Every batch that came out of the oven just disappeared.
Thanks for the recipe.
What great feedback! So glad you all enjoyed them. Hope you’ll be back for more recipes in the future. Have a wonderful Christmas Ron and family!
The recipe mentions pepperoncini as an ingredient but I don’t see that mentioned in the instructions. How much pepperoncini did you put on each bun?
Those are just optional. My husband and boys enjoy them on the sandwiches but I do not. Just add after baking them, if desired. Just add according to taste.
Enjoy!
These are perrrrfection. A delicious quick fix to feed a big group… or a very hungry family! Saving this one for sure.
Let me know if give it a try! Thanks for stopping by Karly!
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. 🙂
I’m making these tomorrow but couldn’t find the pepper jelly. Any sub?
Bummer. I suggested either pepper relish or pepper jelly similar to these: https://www.walmart.com/c/ep/pepper-relish
But if you can’t find either of those maybe you could just try blending up some canned peppers of your choice or possibly a thicker salsa that wouldn’t sog out the bread.
Good luck. Hope they turn out well whatever you decide!
The pepper jelly you recommend is very expensive,
What else can I use similar in flavor?
You can buy any brand pepper jelly at your local grocery store or you can substitute with red pepper relish. Good luck finding something similar!
This was delicious! I used jalepeno jelly and it was perfect. Thank you!
A suggestion. Pepper jelly isn’t in a lot of stores. You can get your fave jam & add in dice roasted jalapeños. Stir in the night before for so flavors can blend. Great recipe.
