The Riton 5 Conquer is a significant upgrade from the Riton 3 Conquer, and I’m eager to see what the Riton 7 Conquer and Riton Conquer series offer.
The precise manufacturing tolerances, functional design, and interchangeability with other accessories make this system a pleasure to use. It has allowed me to rethink my “one bipod per rifle” approach and adopt a more versatile solution of using a select number of bipods across multiple rifles.
The Viridian Pinch 35-Degree Adjustable Offset Mount is a well-built, adaptable, and a low-profile solution for mounting backup red dot sights. It performed flawlessly in all my testing scenarios and provided the desired functionality.
In my opinion, Viridian has absolutely knocked it out of the park with the C5L. It’s a well-designed, feature-packed light and laser sight combo that offers excellent value for the price.
The Riton 1 Conquer performed adequately on my .22LR at shorter ranges, and the MPSR reticle proved useful for Kentucky windage, AKA: holdover. It’s a good scope to get your feet wet in long-range shooting, but keep in mind its limitations before venturing to extreme distances.
The Thunderbreak does an excellent job dialing in the 223/5.56 caliber firearms. The large ports on either side do an excellent job keeping muzzle flash out of your field of view while the top ports do exactly what they need to in keeping muzzle rise minimal. Installation is easy and performance is superb. This is one of the best muzzle brakes I have ever tested.
Despite its impressive capabilities, the Viridian RFX 45 maintains a compact profile. While larger than a micro dot sight, its footprint on my rifle was surprisingly minimal.
The Odin Works Prism Precision Bipod offers a compelling combination of features and functionality for the price. Its unique design, adaptability, and overall stability make it a strong contender in the bipod market. While not perfect for every situation, it’s a great option for shooters seeking a versatile and feature-rich bipod for various shooting disciplines, from hunting to target shooting.
