How to Measure for Helmet Sizing
Measure the circumference of your head by positioning a tape measure in the middle of your forehead, wrapping it around above your ears and around the back of your head to its widest point. If you have longer or shorter hair, there may be some need to over or undersize. The general idea is to achieve a comfortably tight fit, remembering that a helmet will give a little in time. Compare the measurement in centimetres with the chart below:

Making a purchase with Gear4Motorcycles could not be easier.
Just browse our catalogue via the user friendly menu headers or via the search facility. Select the relevant product group you are looking for and click to enter.
Against each product you will be prompted with our current "Live Stock" position. Items showing "Instock For Immediate Dispatch" are on the shelf and are usually shipped the same day, providing your order was received prior to 1pm, although we can often achieve same day dispatch beyond this time.
Items that are on their way back into stock from the suppliers will show "Should be despatched between" the dates we expect the stock to leave the building. If the supplier themselves has no stock then the stock message will allow you to place a "Pre Order" and advise you of an approx. eta so you know when to expect your delivery. Please note these eta dates are a guide only and subject to change.
Click on any items that you wish to buy, confirm the size if needed, followed by quantity and then select either "Home Delivery" if you want your order sent out or "Click & Collect" if you wish to pick it up from our dealership. The product will now be added to your basket and at this stage you can continue shopping or head for the checkout.
Please note:
- Click & Collect orders can only be picked up from our own store, for details on our location please check out the "Contact Us" page. Please only come to collect once you've received your email from us stating your order is now ready for collection and you have read the provided instructions.
- Orders with multiple items that contain one or more items not on the shelf, we will wait until the whole order is complete before dispatching. In the event that you require an items sooner feel free to select "Split Delivery" and receive the in stock items straight away.
- In the event that you wish to add a further item to an order you've already completed, email the team on [email protected] for further instructions.
At the checkout you will be asked for the details required to satisfy the order.
From time to time we will launch "Promotional Codes" that can be used for selective products throughout the website. This Promo Code should be entered within the basket and once updated your discount will be shown. Please Note: Discounts cannot be applied to New or Used Motorcycles.
We accept most major credit and debit cards along with PayPal, your card will be debited at the point of purchase. If you are shopping from overseas, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When it comes to a products assembly/fitting please be aware that if you choose to carry out this work yourself the onus is on you to carry out proper fitment. Incorrect assembly/fitment which leads to damage to either product or motorcycle may effect your warranty and in some cases a warranty is only available if the product is fitted by a manufacturer certified technician. When shopping online with us you'll earn points for every pound spent to be redeemed on future orders with us:
-Online orders only
-Points calculated on order total Ex VAT Price

-Points are not earned against redeemed points
-Value of points is not fixed and may be changed at any time, for example if we run a promotion to increase the value of points over a fixed period and then reduced at the end of that period.

In the event that you receive an item that is unsuitable then it may be returned for exchange or refund providing it is within 14 days of receipt.
Please advise our Customer Service Department, if you haven’t already done so, of any problems with your order as soon as practicable, via an email to [email protected].
Where you require an exchange, simply purchase the item you require via the website and this will be shipped in the usual manner and then action the return of the unwanted item as below.
Please take the following steps to action a return:-
1- Complete the returns form (below) and enclose a copy with your goods or visit your account and download the form from there.
2- Cut off the return address from the returns form and attach to the package
3- Return the package to the address on the returns form.
- For smaller lighter items we recommend you use your local Post Office and send the goods recorded delivery to ensure you have proof of delivery
- For larger items we recommend you use one of 3 third party courier companies. These are Parcel2Go, Parcel Monkey & Collect+ which are simple to use courier brokers. Please note these companies have no association with Gear4 Limited.
4- Please retain a copy of your postal receipt for tracking purposes.
5- Upon receiving your parcel we will take the necessary steps to action the refund in a timely manner
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- You have informed us of your intentions in writing within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items are returned within 14 days of you informing us, carriage paid, are unused and are in a re-saleable condition.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc, you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
- Gear4 Limited are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
- Items returned after 14 days from informing us and where supplied as ordered, may not qualify for a refund.
- We regret that beyond a "reasonable time", due to circumstances beyond our control, we may be unable to process your claim.
- In the event that we have made an error and have agreed to cover the cost of the return postage, please ensure you enclose a copy of your postage receipt. Unfortunately we may not be able to complete refunds of this postage cost without a receipt.
