Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I am unable to sent coins. My issue is I am trying to send coins using the Live Ledger desktop and there is steps to it:

  1. Step 1, choose account to debit

  2. Scan QR code or manually put in the address

  3. Put in the amount and continue

  4. Summary: From Bitcoin/altcoin to QR code(address), showing the amount, choose from Slow, Medium, Fast

  5. Connect Device

and it leads to having entered the PIN on the Nano ledger device, to accept the open coin chosen and wait for the transaction to go through. But in my case I get
this error message:

Something went wrong
Please check that your hardware wallet is set up with the recovery phrase or passphrase associated to the selected account.

And yes I've verified and I also reset my device to have a new recovery phrase and still not getting through. I've unplug/replug the NANO X. Restarted my laptop.

It use to work but now it stuck at the last step.

Thanks,

nanoledger
