urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 61] Connection refused>

I have seen that there is issue number #12 which was similar to this one. But when I run everything and set up the server on a Kali Linux virtual machine, on the target computer there is still the following message error:

Does anyone know why this error is still showing, even though I have started a server, entered the correct IP address, etc... maybe because I am using a virtual machine?
