Dear Alex,
I wanted to check in with you on the last email I sent. It’s been a few days, and I wanted to make sure you had time to review the information I sent.
As I mentioned, the current link redirects users to the checkout page, which is causing them to miss out on other licensing options. This may result in them not purchasing anything at all, and it’s also a poor user experience.
I'm also concerned about the issue with users not being able to download the free version of our theme. This is an important feature that we offer, and it’s something that your users should have access to.
I understand that you’re busy, but I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at this as soon as possible. It would be a real shame to miss out on sales because of this, and we value our partnership with you.
