Gecko: Changed/added table cells don't render row/column coordinates/headers

When a table cell is changed or added after the table is first rendered, row and column coordinates and headers are not rendered, nor is the table row and column count updated. This is because the code currently depends on the table interfaces being passed down from an outer call to fillVBuf.
