Hello,

When trying to get user's profile (https://api.github.com/user), I'm getting the following error sometimes: AADSTS53003: Access has been blocked by Conditional Access policies. The access policy does not allow token issuance. What does it mean? How to get rid of it?

I can provide Trace ID and Correlation ID, if needed.
