topics-internal classifier not starting in chromium #320

Hi,
trying to access to classifier in chromium (started with no-sandbox) remains stuck (see image)
It happens the same also using https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/chromium
Is Topics and in general Privacy Sanbox API testable with chromium ?

The Topics model is not shipped with Chromium, it's shipped with Chrome.
