[Bug]: React and react-dom version not matching on one sandbox

Summary

Custom hooks page sandbox number 8 under this paragraph:
Now the chat won’t re-connect every time that the ChatRoom component re-renders. Here is a fully working demo of passing an event handler to a custom Hook that you can play with:
is not working. All the other sandboxes seem to be working so no idea what's causing the issue
