A Quality Video of Streaming Youtube's Video Not Properly

I am facing issue about quality of a youtube's video stream, and the issue is a youtube's video stream most likely and most of the time showing with low or bad quality, even we have a good internet connection, i have checked it parallel with another platforms like an android and a website that connected in a same Wi-Fi connection, but they are rarely have low or bad quality

i have read the documentation about a quality video like what is the factors that affected a video quality, a depecreated quality playback's function, etc. I still don't any solution for this issue

Could you help to solve this issue, or is there any alternative youtube stream player that more better? i really appreciate it
